Here are all the steps to get an animated gif with pictures :

I upload from my Computer (or from Url) Picture #0,#1,#2.Each picture will be added below the last one.

Picture #0 uploaded

Picture #1 uploaded

Picture #2 uploaded

Now i just select delay time for each pictures : example i choose : 300 (300/100th second = 3 seconds)
With this delay, each picture will be displayed 3 seconds before changing

I select resize choice to a specific size(pixels) and i enter Width : 200 px and Height : 200 px , to be sure to have equal size.

Finally, i just have to generate the result by clicking on

And the result is :

Gifmake can also decompose a GIF picture already animated :

You just have to upload it and you will see, all the pictures that compose the gif
You can change the delay, delete a picture, replace a picture, resize to a specific size...

Animation speed (delay/100th sec)

It's the time the picture is not moving
example : 300 = 3sec, 30 = 0.3sec, 3 = 0.03sec ....

To make picture move faster, change the delay value to a value <

To make it move slower, change delay time to a value >

Default value is 40 = 0.4sec (normal)
Minimum value is 2 = 0.02sec (very fast)
Maximum value is 1000 = 10sec (very slow)

If you have uploaded already animated gif, you will see many pictures appear :
For each pictures, you should increase delay value to 10 before generating gif, by example, to make picture move faster.
Because there are a lot of images that look like the same (due to repeat effect) so the animation looks slow...
